Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

Signature is required for all orders.

To track your order, visit your Hails account or shipping confirmation email.

Standard

Fee: Complimentary for all orders

Delivery Timing: 2-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email

Exceptions: If an order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday

Express

Fee: $15 for all orders under $1,000 | Complimentary for orders $1,000 and above

Delivery Timing: 1-4 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email

Exceptions: If an order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
