Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order, have received faulty merchandise or need to make an exchange, any sale items or items purchased using a discount are eligible only for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase. No exceptions. All other returns are eligible for returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase as well. We will cover the cost of returns and an exchange, but if you wish to exchange an item again, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains, odors or that smell of perfume.
SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for a credit note only. No refunds on sale items. This includes any sale items, items purchased using any promotional codes or items purchased during a promotional period. Please select items during promotional/sale periods carefully to avoid any disappointments.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Hails. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
Unfortunately no cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed as we start working on your order right away, though if contacted right away we can try to make an exception.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
